Hey girls...I've been in hospital for the past 2 months (unrelated to ana). My food has been monitored very closely. It's been very healthy, I'm guessing around 1200 calories a day. I still managed to lose weight by off setting the food with running.

Bur now I'm heading back into the "real world" and I'm scared! I'm scared the pizza is going to be too tempting and the drinks go down too easy. I love my boyfriend to death, but he doens't know my weight struggles. He can eat whatever he wants and still has a killer body. He likes to eat and drink and smoke and party..and the problem is, so do I!

PLEASE...I have no one to udnerstand me or who I can confide in. Anyone want to be my buddy? Maybe keep me on track. Looking to do 2468...anyone?

So...not sure, but I think I'm the only one doing the whole "points challenge" now (since I never see anyone else posting points)..oh well..I'll keep doing it for now..
Today was good! Only 205 calories, burned 625 calories, and not a single piece of food crossed my lips (liquids only) :)

Points for today:

Liquid Fast: 450 points
9 Water: 450 points
90 mins exercise: 1800 points
1 multi vitamin: 30 points

Total: 2730 points

Well yesterday is a TOTAL write off! and today was good..I fasted and ate nothing until about 2am!! Then I remembered I had a chocolate bar stuffed away in the freezer DAMN!!...there goes my fast...but then I did workout and I'm pretty sure I burned it all off..What a time to binge!! I see my guy in 10 days!! ok..so here's my points for the day:

565 calories = 300 points
8 water = 400 points
45 mins exercise = 900 points

total = 1600 points

Today's points:

531 calories (ugh) = 300 points
5 water = 250 points
100 mins exercise = 2000 points
1 vitamin supplement = 30 points
lost 1 pounts = 700 points!

Total = 3280 points :)

Ahhh...total control is BLISS!!! I've made it through another day, with 3 less pounds to show for it!! :)

Points today:

399 calories = 350 points
10 water = 500 points
1 tea = 40 points
1 multi vitamin = 30 points
45 mins exercise = 900 points
lost 3 lbs!! = 2100 points!!!

Total points for today = 3920 points Holy CRAP!!!

Another day down - and I've made it through..
Today was good! Was tempted SOOO many times and nearly gave in! But I stayed strong and I'm so proud of myself :) Thank GOD for herbal tea!!!

Today's points:

295 calories = 350 points
7 water = 350 points
2 tea = 80 points
45 mins exercise = 900 points
1 vit. suppliment = 30 points

Total for today is: 1710 points!!! :)
I'm forcing myself to wait until Oct 7th to get weighed again..(that's the 1st goal weigh in for the challenge).

God - only 15 days until I see my Italian STUD! I'm starting to freak now!!!

Well - the last few days have been a wash out! BINGED - but mostly on booze! Too many parties, and too many temptations! (why does beer have to have 150cal a bottle??)...Anyway, here are my points for the day (for the challenge - for all the girls who are doing it).

219 calores = 350 points
5 water = 250 points
45 minutes exercise = 900 points
multi vitamin = 30 points

Total = 1530 points - not bad I guess..just so afraid to get on the scale! May try and force myself to wait a couple more days...God I hate being fat! Just want to be thin so bad...

hmmm...well today didn't go as good as I had planned, but it could have been worst! (much worst if I had given into my INSANE craving for chips at the grocery store)
So here are my points for the challenge today:

no points for calories (ate too much) :(
7 water = 350 points
1 tea = 40 points
1 multi vitamin = 30 points
60 mins exercise = 1200 points

So, that's 1620 points I guess...just wish I didn't eat that 1/2 piece cheesecake :(

diet soda = 40 points
Liquid @ 25 cals = 20 points
multi-vitamin = 30 points
exercise (finally), 45 mins = 900 points
lost 2lbs today = 1400 points!

Total points for today = 3040 points!!!!! Holy crap! I'm so happy :)

Ok..so Saturday was 680pts, Sunday was 420pts...and today:

420cals =300pts
4 water = 200pts
1 liquid @ 25 cals = 20pts
multi vitamin = 30pts
1 pound lost = 700 pts!!

Total points for today.......1350!! SWEET! :)

GOD I'm starving right now..my back hurts, my stomach hurts..went up to the kitchen and looked in the cupboards and almost broke down in tears..I don't want to put that stuff in my body :( So, I had a fat free hot chocolate for 25 cals instead..

Stay strong Girls...God I want to be thin!!!
